PBL: literally every step in the picture

Offering more quality to customers does not only mean the best possible handling in the shortest possible time. It is also about controlling the shipping process in the best possible way. So that everyone involved has insight into what is being done at each step. At Euro Forwording we call this Picture Based Logistics.

This means that the loading of a container (or other means of transport) is always photographed or filmed. And the same happens during unloading at the destinations. So that every step in the chain is 'in the picture'. We see it as part of quality control.
